Not long ago I was fired.Because I don't like to work overtime.My AD said if I don't like to work overtime to let me leave the company.Every day I work for more than 12 hours.One day I didn‘t work overtime to explan. just want to go home and family reunion.I was fired.The company said that if I therefore appeal court.They will damage my reputation in this industry.Look out! I don't get paid for overtime

If you are in America, that is blackmail, and criminal neglect of employees, also an illegal firing and will damage the company more than they can damage you. Get a lawyer. I don't know about other countries.
